How can I register for HCIM2026?
Registration is not open yet and will start in fall 2025. Please stay tuned for updates!
Until when can I register?
You can register until March 10th 2026. After this date, only on-site registrations will be accepted. See pricing policy above.
Where can I choose my parallel sessions?
In the registration form.
Can I register more than one person at a time?
No.
Can I get a discount on the ticket?
HCIM tickets have a fixed price (discounts are not possible). Every attendee must purchase a ticket, including those actively contributing, such as facilitators or presenters of parallel sessions.
How can I pay for my ticket?
You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.
Can I pay by invoice?
It is not possible to pay by invoice. Once your registration is completed, you must pay the outstanding fee immediately. After payment, you will receive an invoice confirming your payment.
Is VAT deductible?
In Switzerland, VAT is not applicable.
